Nikhil's Kirrak Party was scheduled to clash with Sai Dharam Tej's Intteligent, Varun Tej's Tholi Prema, Mohan Babu's Gayatri. However, the latest we hear is that the film is not releasing in the second week of February and the film is postponed to an undisclosed release date.
It is heard that the film is likely to have a Summer release. Since the film caters to youth, college students, Nikhil is aiming for Summer release.
Directed by Sharan Koppisetti, the recently released teasing trailer is quite entertaining showcasing Nikhil in a never-seen-before mass avatar.
The reason for postponing the film, however, is not the clash with other films. But the film's post-production work is still underway which forced makers to defer the film's release. Director Sharan apparently sought more time for re-recording and post-production works to be fully fone. In order to fine tune the film further in post-production stage, the makers decided to opt out of present race.
With this, Sai Dharam Tej's Intteligent, Mohan Babu's Gayatri would hit the screens on Feb 9th, followed by Varun Tej's Tholi Prema on Feb 10th.
