After A Big Hit with "RAJA THE GREAT" Ravi teja is ready with his favourite charecter as cop in "TOUCH CHESI CHOODU" is getting ready to hit the big screens this Feb 2nd. In a regular chit chat with the media people ravi teja shared his opinions, flaws and hits with his experiments with the new directors. These are the briefing of his interview.
"You will see me as a fun cop who is more sarcastic than the cop in my other films. Our film is technically superior,” he says. ‘Touch Chesi Chudu’ marks the debut of Vikram Sirikonda as director. Vikram earlier worked in script department for several films that include ‘Race Gurram’.Bollywood composer Pritam aka JAM8 has composed the songs. “Since JAM8 didn't have time, we approached Mani Sharma garu to do the background score. And he has done a masterful work," Ravi Teja adds.
He is looking forward to working with Sreenu Vaitla. The self-made actor scoffs at the suggestion that he is helping his director friend after back-to-back failures like 'Aagadu' and 'Mister'. "I am doing this film as I loved the story. Nothing more to it," he clarifies. Mass Maharaja says that a film with Puri Jagannadh could happen. There is no story in place as of now. Puri and Ravi Teja have worked together in five films so far. "He is busy, so am I. Our film may not happen this year. It could happen only next year," he says.
How long is he going to do these commercial films? "Experimentation didn't work for me. Did 'Naa Autograph', 'Shambo Shiva Shambo' and 'Neninthe' work for me?" he asks frankly, while also delivering the news that he is willing to experiment from now.
Having aged with grace, Ravi Teja says that age is just a number. He reveals that 2016 was a long vacation well spent watching the likes of 'Game of Thrones' and 'House of Cards'. "It was during this phase that I visited so many places. I am not feeling bad about the break at all," he signs off. Ravi Teja has a film with Kalyan Krishna on the cards at the moment.
